RETURNS
IMPORTANT: CLOTHING RETURNS ONLY WILL BE ALLOWED.
Find below the steps to request a return:
1. Send an email to hello@aboutanareina.com asking for the return, and if it were possible the reason for it, which can help us to improve.
2. 15 working days, from the day the purchase is received, will be the period to ask for a return.
3. Product must be perfectly packaged, and in the original package with all its accesories.
4. Once the return is requested, the courier will pick up the package.
5. Once the product is checked, and is is in perfect condition, you will receive email confirmation.
Refund willl be made in the same payment method in a period of 2-5 days.
6. For size changes, courier will pick up the package that needs to be returned, new item will be delivered.
